Campaign Search is a focused search approach. We comprehensively map the target list of organizations agreed, identify those with an appropriate profile and proactively take our client's opportunity to passive candidates.

We set aggressive deadlines to deliver candidate campaign events we host onsite, or more recently virtually. We work towards interview dates no later than three weeks from instruction to deliver shortlisted candidates who have met the agreed selection criteria.

Offers are confirmed for successful candidates on the same day and we manage the offer and resignation process through to candidate onboarding. This structured process is proven to drive improved ratios and quality of hire.
